We start with butter and sugar, creamed together to create a soft, tender base. Cage-free eggs, raspberry puree, and fresh lime juice are mixed in, bringing bright berry sweetness and a sharp citrus kick to the dough.

Then it all comes together with Vermont’s own King Arthur flour, our custom blend of leaveners, and just enough salt to balance the sweetness.

Each cookie is hand-scooped, rolled in sugar, and baked to a lightly crisp, crackled finish on the outside with a soft center.
