Our Boston Lager Chocolate Chip cookie starts with rich browned butter, light brown sugar, and granulated sugar — then we add a splash of Samuel Adams Boston Lager for a subtle malt depth that makes every bite a little unexpected.

Cage-free eggs, egg yolks, and pure Madagascar vanilla go in next, mixed until fully combined. Then comes our dry mix — Vermont's own King Arthur flour, our custom blend of leaveners, kosher salt to even things out, and a touch of ground cinnamon to round out the flavor.

Finally, we fold in smooth milk chocolate chips until every scoop is loaded.

Each cookie is hand-scooped and baked to chewy, golden perfection — a tribute to the Bay State's best. After all, the chocolate chip cookie was invented in Massachusetts. So was Sam Adams.
