We start by browning our butter until it's rich, nutty, and deeply fragrant — then cream it together with light brown sugar and granulated sugar until smooth and caramel-forward.

Cage-free eggs, egg yolks, and pure Madagascar vanilla go in next, mixed until fully combined.

Then comes our dry mix — Vermont's own King Arthur flour, our custom blend of leaveners, and just enough salt to even things out.

Finally, we fold in mini peanut butter cups and crushed toffee until every scoop is loaded with both.

Each cookie is hand-scooped and baked to a chewy, golden finish — one of our most popular flavors, and for good reason.
