I also wanted to praise Top Shelf for a second. I briefly thought the second box got lost in the mail, and when I reached out to the company, I got an email from Heather with an explanation that the cookies hadn't gone out that day as planned. There are so many more complex and delicious flavors on offer, but the simple oaty/walnutty/maple flavor will always be my absolute favorite!
