We start by browning our butter until it's rich, nutty, and deeply fragrant — then cream it together with dark brown sugar and a touch of granulated sugar for a chewy, indulgent base.

Cage-free eggs, egg yolks, and pure Madagascar vanilla go in next, mixed until fully combined.

Then comes our dry mix — Vermont's own King Arthur flour, our custom blend of leaveners, and just enough kosher salt to tie it all together.

And then the fun part. We load in a trio of Boston-made and Boston-inspired candies: crunchy Boston Baked Beans, chewy Mary Janes, and sweet Charleston Chews. Every scoop is packed.

Each cookie is hand-scooped and baked to a soft, chewy finish — a kitchen sink cookie, Boston style.
