JP Peach is back — and this time, it’s for real.
(Because one customer wouldn’t take no for an answer.)
Every cookie has a story — and this one’s got a few.
JP Peach started as a Test Bake Thursday flavor — a soft, chewy cookie made with brown sugar, brown butter, peach purée, and just a hint of ginger. It was one of those “let’s see what happens” bakes. We loved it. Customers loved it. But… we didn’t save the recipe. (Oops.)
Still, it stuck with us — and with one especially determined regular who’s been asking for it every week for almost a year. That kind of persistence gave us the nudge to bring it back — and we’re so glad we did.
Over the past week, we reworked the recipe, tested new ingredients, and remembered how much fun it is to develop new flavors from scratch. The result? A cookie that’s soft, summery, and just a little bit spicy — everything we loved about the original, with a few thoughtful upgrades.
JP Peach is a total treat. And we hope you love it as much as we do.
